Investment House and the Israeli Sovereign Wealth Fund
Halman-Aldubi Investment House specialised in providing medium- and long-term savings and Pensions products.
Founded in 1995 and publicly traded on the TASE since 2017, Halman-Aldubi Investment House was one of the leading and most innovative investment houses in Israel, served 500,000 clients and managed a total of $20 billion in AUM (as of December 2020).
In 2019, Halman-Aldubi broke the record by becoming #1 in Israel for the largest number of net-new clients.
In 2021 Halman-Aldubi Finance concluded a successful exit of selling the investment house.
In 2022, Dr. Rony Halman establish the Israeli Sovereign Wealth Fund at the Israeli Parliament

Through Israel Opportunity – Energy Resources, Limited Partnership, our Mission is to participate in oil and gas exploration, development and production in defined geographic areas. The Partnership was founded in February 2010 and has been listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since July 2010. The Partnership holds participation rights in several offshore and onshore assets in Israel and North America. The assorted oil rights in Israel provide an exposure to the inherent potential in Israel’s deep waters, whilst dispersing risks, and the activities in North America provide a safe cash flow in stable energy assets.
